PROJECT QUOTE QUESTIONS
Our quote includes a home visit where we take notes and measurement and discuss any detail about the renovation process, materials and work schedule. It is totally FREE. Often, when necessary or when requested, we will provide drawings for you to view what your kitchen or bathroom layout which helps you visualize the space to be renovated and see how it looks and feel.
The timeline for the project depends on factors such as the scope of work, material availability, and any necessary permits or inspections. During our home visit, we will discuss the project’s expected duration. RENOVATION QUESTIONS
Our standard working days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 830 AM to 5 PM, Saturday, from 9AM – 3PM. However, we understand that some projects may require flexibility, so we are open to scheduling work on weekends or outside of regular hours when necessary. Our goal is to accommodate our clients’ needs while ensuring efficient and high-quality workmanship. Feel free to discuss your scheduling preferences with us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
We prioritize keeping the job site organized and secure. Tools and materials will be stored in a designated area that is both safe and out of the way to minimize disruption. If needed, we can use your garage or a secured area at your house to ensure everything remains protected. We will discuss storage arrangements with you before starting the project to ensure it aligns with your preferences and site conditions.
We take several steps to ensure your property is well protected throughout the project. This includes:
Covering and Sealing Work Areas: We use plastic sheeting, drop cloths, and protective barriers to contain dust and debris.
Floor and Furniture Protection: We cover floors and any nearby furniture to prevent damage.
Safe Material and Tool Storage: We store tools and materials in a designated, secure area to avoid clutter and hazards.
Final Cleanup: At the end of each day, we tidy up the space, and once the project is complete, we do a thorough cleaning.

Our team provides updates through your preferred method—whether it’s phone calls, text messages, emails, or in-person meetings. We schedule regular check-ins to discuss progress, address any concerns, and answer any questions you may have.
